It won't appear unless you are on the Guilty route. Check the Flowchart and be sure you did not help Takuma with the evidence (by choosing something other than the gun and the pillows when those choices come up). ;)
Thank you! It worked. One other question. I got all the achievements except the ones that contradict. For instance I earned both main nice endings (join, alone) but I don't know how to get jail or paid on nice. I did nice for all moods and evil actions for all choices but that didn't work. I then did nice for the first two mood choices and psychopath for the rest and that didn't work either. I don't see what else there is to do.
