Is it too late for me to ask how to do the Crystal Cave puzzle with the orbs?
Use the altar below the gate section to paint grey orbs based on hints - other orbs before said gates. It’s not hard, just experiment a bit.

Yeap, all stages use the same mechanic with "hint" spheres on the sides to give you some info on the color you need to use.
