is it possible to change genital or add more after playing for a long time?, i don’t want to start a new save and grind level again (i know i should go for herm but it’s too late now .)
You can enable cheats/debug menu, from there u can open the character creation menu and edit your character. if ur on pc u can also download mods to allow that to be done in medical.
