so how do you turn on the cosmic clone modifier?

press F5 and put "Modifier" and select/write the modifier
it doesnt show the cosmic clone modifier

You have to spawn a cosmic clone with the debug command:
Create obj_cosmicclone
WARNING: the cosmic clone you spawned wont go away, the only ways you can remove it is either with the destroy obj_ command or restarting the game.
when i do the command it says "You do not have the permission to use this command"
