Only the fully completed stories have been given the option to spend the night together... and for the time being, Nick and Luke's stories are not yet fully finished. As for falling in love, yes... at the moment only Connor and Luke, but not all the characters will fall in love... there are different relationship statuses... and each of your targets will behave differently, not necessarily staying with the main character out of love.
