Go to the slums and when you pass the toll guy, push him of the way and then sleep and return to the slums

So I was wondering if there are only three main location to vist, cause im pretty sure I did everything I could, but not sure. Also was wondering if the modder? creator? (Not sure what the title to use for the person making the game is hehe) would be adding more fetishes?
