Hey! Dev 2 here!
I really like your changes, the terrain looks MUCH better! The (very wavy) water looks very good as well!
I love what you did for the appearing & disappearing of props, this is so enjoyable.
The skyboxes are a very nice addition! It really changes the mood, it's great :)
The post process is slightly too aggressive to my liking, but it also helps a lot!
I really hope this project will continue up to day 6! This could become something even greater :)
In my opinion, it's only missing sounds, cleaner UI with pause menu and controls, and lots of VFXs, but hey, some other dev might come and turn this into a shooter, tower defense or puzzle game. That's the beauty of this game jam!

Thanks for the comment! Warms my heart!
You're definitely right about the project size.
I tried some other games but the download button downloaded the entire project which I then had to open in Unity... quite annoying!
So in the end it doesn't matter, I prefer the idea of having the build downloadable directly and a github link in the description for those who want to continue the project!
The code is very bad so you can look at it if you're new to Unity but I wouldn't suggest pushing this horrendous codebase into production! :)
Hey man!
I continued your project. I didn't find a good gameplay idea so I just improved everything. Here's what I did:
- Added forest & desert biomes
- Added 3D models (trees, rocks, grass...)
- Rewrote a good chunk of code related to painting
- Added a new cursor & added scroll option to increase or decrease the pencil size
- Removed Unity's default skybox
I am excited to see what the other will come up with!
I almost went for a tower defense game but I was more excited to work on the main gameplay feature.
