Omg the art and music are amazing! The gameplay felt nice to use. Only suggestion from me is maybe to have a way of moving the speech bubble for the player so it doesn;t accidently block obstacles when you're moving left. Really enjoyed playing, great work!
Like you said in your description, having longer / more songs would have been nice but we did only have 48 hours so thats no biggie. Was fun to play and really liked the progression with buuying ingredients as a way of unlocking new recipes. With more time I think adding a little randomness / reordering of the words would keep the same recipes more interestign when replaying them. Good job!
2d jumping is really interesting. I like the art style, gives me a bit of nostalgia to be honest! My only grudge is that is can be hard to see enemies / pits when moving down as your character is so close to the edge of the screen. Fun game!
Damn thats a hard game! Love the aesthetics and music! Maybe with voice lines or something to help you read / listen to the conversation as you are mainly focusing on the letters that pop up. Definately enjoyable to play!
Really like the aspect of planning where you want to place towers. Also not being able to get upgraded towers in corners (imo the strongest place for them) adds to the difficulty. I thinki with more developmetn this tower defense game would really be some fun to have!
I like the aesthetics and the horror aspect definately made me jump a few times! Definately think with some more time into this could become quite a fun mini horror game
