Go to the rpgmaker website and download the
RMVXAce Run-Time-Package
(it's on the site as a utility) Install the package to this games install folder and NOT directly to the game. It will look I.e.: D:\The Lucidia Chronicles\RPGVXAce
Now you can run Game.exe and it will start up correctly.
