No, the GDD is not required, but if you are going to make one, I would like to see different GDDs for different topics in your game. (i.e. mechanics, SFX & music, assets, etc.)

Actually, I was about to publish my submission that is a web build (don't worry, my game totally sucks and I will  give it a bad score so I don't win my own Jam).

Yes, you will be able to do that, as long as you can play it on windows.

If you have any bug report for either the demo or the full game, this is where you'll put them. I will hopefully fix the bug you reported either on the day you report it or the day after. Make sure to include the version of the game/demo in your bug report.
