hiya, i forgot to ask, how did you do the transitions? i was impressed with both day to night and the other transition from one screen to next outside. If you care to share im happy to hear technical details as im a game programmer using unity.

actually i enjoyed the challenge of jumping onto his roof as well. And with the mental state theme, you could almost claim half the bugs as features lol, congrats again!

That's pretty cool. Well done guys.

Thanks, I enjoyed it. Managed to freeze it near the sofa after coming back with some food. It got stuck with .... text in the white dialogue box, but i couldn't move after that. I could switch modes with left shift, but was otherwise stuck. I like how you've chosen to show the mental states of the character, i think that worked well. Edit: Just played through a few more times.. thank you for this game I liked it. On a funny technical note I managed to jump over the invisible wall at the front of the house and onto the snow roof, didn't land on it of course, but i see you've got some sort of off screen detector that at least put me back in the right place. Nice music too.

I enjoyed playing this. I am not sure if you're supposed to be able to make it over the final wall of level 2, but i did! yay (there was a lot of blue that looked suspiciously like the default unity camera background :D) Good concept. Occassionally the fairy's controls would reverse on me, so left was right and right was left, down was up and up was down etc, but they seemed to right themselves after a while. well done.

Thank you for making this game. I enjoyed playing it. Managed to finish it thankfully. There were a few tricky levels in the middle. Concept well executed. Good job.

Good job creating atmosphere. I felt like I was there, and I wanted to get to the light. After meeting the first person, I just wanted to get to the light and i was trying to click past the others (maybe i am lacking empathy and just wanna get things done). I like how it can bring out feelings in people even in such a short space of time. On a technical note, after finishing the game, I lost mouse cursor so couldn't play again or quit, had to alt f4 out. Thanks and great work.

nice job, i got 3700 after about 5 tries. I assume it randomly generates the objects and zombies? I imagine you would have spent quite a bit of time fine tuning it so it didn't spawn them too close or whatever, but it feels quite naturally spaced out. Well done.

I think you have to click onto the game window first so it has focus.

Spider is very cute!

I managed to brew 4 good coffees, that will do. I found the controls quite sensitive, so most of my coffee and milk went on the desk lol. Anyway, well done.

I enjoyed defeating the final boss. I was stuck for a while at the start, until i realised you could double jump (didn't read instructions lol). Anyway, well done!

Finished all the levels, got 2 of 3 main achievements, didn't get the secret detective one. Enjoyed it. Thanks!

99 Anime Girls is a cute anime-style "tap to jump" platform runner. There are also several mini-games including battles and card battles. There are boss fights. There is a chat system where you can learn more about the story and make decisions. There are also RPG elements, you can equip different weapons, socks (knee high socks of course) and accessories. It's quirky and not too serious, but don't let the ease of the early levels beguile you, this game gets very hard in the latter levels and is a good challenge. The Android version is available now free to try and the PC version is coming soon. Give it a try or add it to your itch collection!
