Yeah maybe I had a misconception about that, but I'm pretty sure they don't use any other app, and there are several, that helps decode and modify their devices. Thank you so much for helping with that tho

So, there's this app called VB arena, that was shut down by it's original creators. It was used for people to store their digimon from the Vital Bracelet and make them fight online. However, now that's closed, it's possible to make our own fanmade, but as I'm a gamedev, I've never touched android and I need help with making the app.
I would need help with usig external java libraries, using NFC, storing data and online battles, as well as reading the info emmited by the nfc and try to understand it since there's no online info, so we can use it.
This WON'T BE PAID INITIALLY since it's a fanmade app that can't be monetized at all, but I can pay afterwards if the app is capable of showing custom digimons as that'll raise my sellings on them hehe.

Yeah, you read it right.
I'm Alice, I'm a game designer at the moment into modding digimon. I've been modding the Vital Bracelet DIM cards to make custom digimon lines and I might need some help for the art. I could also use that for an rpg fan game, that we should see if we were gonna make any money there. Mainly interested in the spritesheets for the DIMs tho.
Basically, the sprite sheets are 12 images of different 2 frame animations of a digimon 64x56, and a big 80x160 splash art, plus maybe the egg and logo of the dim in similar sizes. If you can do that in color, I'd do it in black and white for a more vintage look and sell both.
I'm open to both buy the sprites (17 per dim) or cooperating for a revenue share.
If you're good I might even count on you for future non-digimon projects, since I also have a small team without artist for now. If interested, you can write your contact information, or reach me through discord: Aagaba

I'm Alicia, I'm at the beginning of a well defined project called Sentencia, a conversational game about giving drinks to dead souls to find out what's happening in the world and why are you the only one Alice dragged down.
It'll be revenue-shared, and we need a programmer to fill up. I'm the designer and writer, producer and I help with coding too, and we have a musician, an artist and a social media manager for marketing.
We need a developer with knowledge on Unity 2d, to develop a dialog system for a narrative adventure close to a conversational game, and a minigame of brewing drinks, as well as the menus, game manager and other things needed for that to work.
If you want to apply please put your discord below or reach to me through mine: Aagaba

Hey ^^ might be interested in forming a small team with revenue share projects, if you'd like to talk it I'm the game designer and narrative designer, I sent you a friend request on discord if you prefer that channel. I have no special need of voice acting atm, but I've seen your other posts and believe you have more skills that could be great having, so we can talk about it, or we can simply stick to voice acting if I need it in the near future
Hi everyone ^^ I'm Alice, I'm a narrative Game Designer, mainly focused on writing a good story and designing the perfect environment to tell it. As for now, I can also write some code, simple drawings in pixel art, know about music and I'm fully capable of directing a team...
And that's exactly what I'm looking for
Are you willing to help me develop my designs? To make them come alive? I'm trying to search for a nice and close team to fully develop games because we like, because it's our passion. I also plan on making revenue share once the games are out, that means I wouldn't be doing this paid at first. However, I don't ask much either, I'd love to hear your story.
I'm looking for:
- Game developers, mainly on Unity, mainly on 2d since it's my preferred format
- Artists, I work specially on pixel art but all kinds of 2d art are welcomed
- SFX and music designers, any genre, any experience, I'm very open with this
- People who knows about publiciting the studio or projects, or social media managers that can just publish about them
- Anyone willing to volunteer as we may need game testers of course, and anyone sharing the projects on socials, influencers will get the games for free too
And of course, this didn't come from the dust, I've already built some castles to make them bigger now. I have some designs and some ideas to progress on, and I'd love to hear about your preferences on making one or another:
- Written Down. A metroidvania with turn based combat, strongly inspired in older Mario&Luigi and Octopath traveler, mainly taking place in a book where you have to make your way through the story or even go against it, fighting with a giant brush. You don't know anything until you find it, you choose your skills, combat style, and have to search for the best combo to defeat your strong oponents.
- Sentence. A conversational and immersive game about brewing the correct drinks while exploring the knowledge of your clients, unraveling a deep story about a barman whose soul was dragged to the soul realm, where someone is seeking revenge on him for their death. Brew different ingredients to match the clients requirements and take more information from them as you make sure you teleport your bar far from danger each day you can and getting new ingredients. Strongly inspired in Potion craft.
- Ancient (provisional name). A fast paced bullethell game where you'll dodge the attacks that a big monster throws at you while you fight them, until you drop them down and try the best you can to make the settlement survive. In a steampunk world where technology doomed people and now nature claimed everything back, this settlement are the few humans that have enough strength and technology to fight those giant mechanical and natural beasts, and uses their parts to build new weapons. Based on both Touhou and Monster hunter.
I'd love to hear from all of you interested on anything of these, and you can also leave me contact information, discord or email prefered, or contact me on Discord: Aagaba
Thank you all in advance for reading this far too ^^

Hello ^^ I'm Alice, spanish game designer, particularly good at writing. I can also do some coding, since I'm a programmer too, and I've done some projects already published on my itchio page you can look, fully developed by myself.
I also have some bigger projects already designed, both narrative and gameplay focused, if you're interested in exploring them I'm completely fine sharing them so we have a base to start developing. I also have some knowledge on both music and 2d pixel art, so I'm capable of directing teams and designing those parts working with their responsibles.

I hope anything of that could help you ^^
Thank you so much ^^ I had 1 minute left when I finished the game so I had little to no time to improve presentation, but as I will continue developing this game, I'll take your advice and make a proper banner and game page. Didn't want to change it during the vote phase because it may show there was changes and I want to avoid them thinking I'm trying to cheat or something hahaha
Honestly, I think you know how to dodge in the Limited mode if you read the only part readable of the tutorial XD However I know it's not "fun" to wait in the tutorial on the parts that there are no text, that'l be solved as fast as I can when the jam ends later today (and whenever Zelda TotK gives me a break XD)
This may be the winner, I'm saying it right now haha I love every aspect of it, the theme is soooo well integrated and in such an original way, I loved it. The visuals are great too, and the patterns with the little warning before them it's really polished. The music is really fitting, the sfx too, gosh I think I can't point anything bad yet, maybe it'd be good to explain the controls, but to be fair, they aren't that difficult.
Amazing job, congrats. I hope this becomes a full release ^^
Thank you for the comment ^^ I tried my best to mix rythm and bullethell as it was something I really wanted to do for a while and never started. The proper song is Scarab yeah, but it's not finished, sinchronizing the bullets to the music is really difficult and more time consuming than I expected, but I'm glad you liked it.
As you say, the window on that frame is too small, however if you hit the key exactly when the beat does, you don't get hit. I considered it as a minor issue to solve, because it was either that or too much room, but I have to tweak that, thank you for pointing that out ^^
yeah it was supposed to be explained in the tutorial, but again, it's broken. I've said it in a previous comment but you only miss the controls hahaha if you play the tutorial you can read the limited mechanic explanation but its not in the moment it should. Also you can play the tutorial to understand it better even without text, and enjoy the music too hehe
Thank you for the comment and for playing ^^ I'm glad you enjoyed it
