PLAY THE GAME - https://adam-tedder.itch.io/rocket-blok

You are Rocket Bloke! A bloke that for some reason has a rocket tied to his back, and now he must try and get through levels of ever-increasing difficulty while collecting diamonds that he hopes to spend and Jerry Cans to fuel his rockets; avoiding hazards along the way.

No problem :D

Really glad you're enjoying the game.

Thank you for playing, and all of the feedback, will be implementing it all in the next update!! :)

Just uploaded a Linux executable :D

Yeah sure, will work on creating a Linux version! :)

An extremely well made game! Can't wait to play more!!

Really great game!! Love the visual style! Took a bit of time for me to get the hang of it, but managed to kill many of the skulls. Got up to 30 kills!!! :D I could totally see this being turned into a full game.

Only thing I would say is that when firing the gun I was never sure if I was doing any damage at at all to enemies, as there was no visual feedback.

Thank you :D

Thank you for playing :D Really glad you enjoyed it. More Evil Dead references coming soon in the next update :)

Thank you :D

Thank you :D

Oh no!!! D: Thanks for finding the bug, I think I know what the problem is. Hopefully it shall be fixed in the next update :D

Really glad you enjoyed the game :)

Very fun game to play, and a very unique take on the theme :D Love the sound design!

Really like the game, especially the shooting mechanics and slow-down mechanic wish there was more time and enemies to shoot. The art-style is amazing! This is an overall solid game that you should totally develop this further. I could see this becoming a really fun multiplayer game, or singleplayer game based around managing your time.

Really amazing and very well polished :D Had lots of fun completing all of the challenges and killing all the zombies. The crafting system is extremely well made and solid. Can't wait to see more :D

Sounds awesome! Will have to watch :D

https://itch.io/jam/gjl-game-parade-2020/rate/791887 Here's my game :D

Thank you for playing! :D That sounds like a really cool idea!

Really great game and very well made! Love the concept of the game, and it's story. It's very easy to get into without the need for a tutorial. Visually stunning as well :D

Wow! Thank you, this is great feedback :D

Really unique take on Tetris, I really like it! Add in some music, sounds and maybe even voice over will make the game even better. Highest score I got was 360

Really like the concept. You should totally add in some crazy physics and make it multiplayer, would make a great party game.

Thank you :D

Really like the mechanics with growing the plants to keep the sky clear and collecting resources to build stuff. Love the robot model! :D

Really enjoyed this game, especially as it's very easy to get into. Really like the art style as well, along with the dynamic lighting. Lots of levels to play though as well. Only suggestion is that maybe add an outline onto the enemies because they are a little hard to see.

Really well made though, especially for making it less than one day :D

Would like to see it developed further.

Thank you :D

Thank you :D

Link To Game - https://adamtedder.itch.io/day-of-darkness-a-typing-horror-game

Hi everyone,

Just released this game yesterday as part of the Game Parade 2020 Game Jam!

Darkness has fallen, and the zombies are rising. Only you can save the day, and seize it from the oncoming horde. All you need is your trusty shotgun, and a high WPM (Words Per a Minute) score!

In this on rails shooter, instead of pointing your shotgun at enemies to kill them. You blow them away by typing out the correct phrase, as quickly as you possibly can before they reach you and eat your brains.

Tell me what you think. Also, if you find any bugs or have a suggestion please comment :D

Thank you :D

(1 edit)

Sorry to hear about your issue, the game is case sensitive so you will need to hold down shift for capital letters, please let me know if you’re still having problems.

Hi there,

Could you further explain? As I have tested this game on several different systems and have not run into this issue.
