I have worked out how to edit the ‘decorations’ of the background colour and the ‘top’ and ‘bottom’ extended green lines but am unable to find a way to edit the ‘pointed lines’ between the sections of text? [Additionally, they vanish when I untick the ‘Combine Identical’ box and do not reappear when ticked again?] I am working in Affinity Publisher 2. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have bought and downloaded the Affinity Publisher D&D 5e Stat block template but am unable to select/edit the green background. [All I am able to select is the text frame.] Can you enlighten me? Thanks.
