Thank you! Glad you're having fun

Hello! Yes, you'll both be telling your own story.

Both you and your partner should both be using decks that include all 4 Aces. The Ace prompts form the backbone of your story.

Hope that clears things up, let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey glad to see people are still playing this game! Yes, you'll be combining the four aces and the 6 cards then add two cards on top to create a 12 card deck which you'll play with. You won't use the rest of the deck for this game. Both players should have their own 12 card decks.

I hadn't thought about restarting the game, but I suppose you could just mail the cards back to each other.

Let me know if anything's still unclear and thanks for playing!

Hey thanks for checking out the game!
I think I can help: So the game is played with 12 cards from a standard deck (I'm not familiar with Italian decks, but this game was not designed with them in mind). Start by removing any jokers. Find the four Aces and set them to the side and shuffle the deck. Deal out 6 cards into a small deck. Randomly insert your Aces amongst the 6 cards so you have a 10 card small deck. Then add two more cards from the main deck to the top of your small 10 card deck. Do not shuffle. That small deck of 12 cards is what you'll use to play the game. For each journal entry you'll pull the top card of the small deck and use its prompt to inspire you.

Let me know if that helps or if you have any other questions.

Thank you so much for the review and kind words. Glad you're enjoying the game!

Had a lovely time with this solo rpg. Prompts strike a perfect balance between freedom and direction and the art and layout are fantastic.

I finished the game but haven't stop thinking about the story, characters, and world I created through it. That’s always a clear sign of a well-made rpg.

Thank you for this!
