Love the simple art style! When the sheep started reviving, I got punished for strategically dividing them up first. That triggered my bloodlust and I had to complete every difficulty and kill all the sheep.
Much fun was had, thanks for making this game.

Great work on the difficulty-curve through level design on this one! Kept me engaged and playing for way longer than I expected, and actually made me plan ahead and make a strategy against the "fortress" design.

I also really like the style you chose, fits the gameplay perfectly.

As a big fan of games like Brotato and the Vampire Survivors genre in general, this was so much fun!

Had a hard time distinguishing the power-ups/pickups from the rest of the enemy-clutter, but the enemy-clutter is totally worth it (especially when it fits the theme like this).
BIG PROPS to the sprite artist! The sprites are cute af, and the white outline is such a good idea to make them really pop! on the dark background. The ghost trail on the player is another great idea. It really helps with keeping track of your own position when the enemies start to fill up the screen.

(Level 6+ almost fried my poor old Thinkpad)

You caught me! I made this game so my students have a little fun/different way to practise typing, without having to look at the keyboard.

Glad you found it fun!

Remember to tweak the difficulty-settings (Escape), to find the sweet spot for your typing skills :)

Fun take on the auto-clicker genre. It's very satisfying to crush up those large boulders.

The game is simple at its current state, but has a lot of potential. Maybe something with building/placing the auto-crushers and upgrading them.

I love me a little time-management game. This was fun, although a bit hard to know which actions had what impact.

A little more feedback on your choices/actions, and this could be a lot of fun. Great job! :)

EDIT: Also, very creative take on the theme

Good luck to you too!
This is a first for me as well. Just handed in my submission, and I learned A LOT during the making of this.

Hey people! This is the first Game Jam I have participated in here on itch.
Loved the theme, it made for a lot of interesting coding problems, even for a simple little arcade game like my submission.
I hope you'll enjoy the challenge of playing Space Dividers, and become a typing-pro while having some old-school arcade fun.

Thanks for hosting this Game Jam, Jampley!
