I believe there is something within the games code that sometimes prevents Marias quest from progressing, you have to find a save editor online and alter a specific part of the save file to trigger the event. I think the line you need to alter is 'nia_alert00'. Hope this helps!
Anyone know if their save files are kept from the previous version and how to put them onto the new version? or do you just have to start a new game, as my 0.9 version has none of my previous saves.
