Don't worry, i hated them too! The problem is that uhh... I don't know how to remove them, and RPG Maker 2003 is very vague about what battle stats do. If we ever make another game we will keep your comment in mind!

Hi! this bug happens when you use a save file from before the update, the newgame+ savefile that comes with the game fixes this issue, sorry for the troubles.

Yeah this game doesn't hold up the best, i've made a lot of poor choices designing it and i wish i could go back and update it to make it better, sadly the project got corrupted.

Hello NastyBeast, thanks for the feedback! i have added a small window of time where the player can move after getting hurt without taking damage. Honestly i don't know how i didn't think of that but I'm glad someone pointed it out, take care too!
