Umm its our 1st jam so... We are just here for the fun and we will make models (he will coz i will program and he's good at it ) we just need a music designer tell me if u r one

Hi am 13 years old and its my first game jam me and a friend are going to team up, but i am not sure if we can use copyrighted music (its from another game that published 14 years ago we are not planning to earn money or publish it for buying or anything we will just use it for this game jam (its actually a credit song and we will just use the music of it not words just music) so.... Can we use it? Or do we have to make the music ourselves? Or can we if it wasn't copyrighted? Thank you for your time
