Nice idea, but I couldn't really get how to play without looking at the comments section.

Watering was left on the cutting room floor, but i'm intending to add similar mechanics if i'll ever expand on the game... Aaand I kinda forgot that zooming the camera pixelates fonts.

I'm glad you like my little idea, tho!

Ha! I tricked y'all into playing an educational game!
But, in all seriousness, I'm glad you like this idea, it will definitely be expanded upon. I just really wanted to share my enthusiasm for this niche of biology as a biology nerd.

Yeah, I definitely should make a proper tutorial instead of a wall of text, but it was made in the last hours of the jam XD

Thanks, I worked really hard on the visuals. Balancing color scheme was hell. I'm glad you liked this take on the puzzle - i was worried that a simple inventory puzzle would be boring.

Sound design coming after the jam :)

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it :) Sound design isn't my jam, so i put it off so much I finally forgot about it entirely. I hope I managed to strike the balance between frustrating and enjoyable complexity with the puzzle.

Sorry, we fell victim to bad planning which cut the menu and scrambled the dialogue all over the map.

The text shouldn't go so fact but maybe we should implement some delay on it.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, We appreciate your input a lot.

I think we had a god mode at the last hit.

The music was amazingly fitted. And the idea for the game was great, especially if it took 12 hours to make it. It's impressive.

Thanks a lot!

Hi.

I don't know if this jam allows for late submissions, but we just finished and wanted to share the game anyway: https://aiwlyss.itch.io/gameno3

C'mon, everybody, we should totally choose our own theme and just tell the author afterwards XD

This escalated quickly XD

Author is late for the jam :P

It feels like an old urban legend rpg - especially the room with bed and computer, so it's a great atmosphere. Questions felt a little like a psychological test - i really thought it was something in this style.

Yeah, we had a lot of problems with figuring out the controls. The graphics are amazing tho, the flare effect is beautiful, the movements of the boat likewise. There were some problems with understanding first cutscene - distorted radio is hard to understand for non-English speakers. Maybe subtitles would help.

Quality content! Little too loud.

Really great story, reminds me a little of some of Lem's books I read. And the atmosphere deeply shaken us during the gameplay. I loved the character of the AI, but I still think they used too much energy to get to the destination, this little dum dum.

Thanks for playing and for feedback! I'm really glad you liked the art, it was my first horror game and I really had no idea what I'm doing.

Both bosses should be beatable, but maybe a little tip will be helpful: some of the bullets are shootable. I'll add this (and the tutorial) to the game after the voting period.
