I noticed the same thing, I was making over $75/s but my money was stuck at 0. It seemed like I didn't start gaining money until I was making over $100/s.

No, sounds like a bug. I have a fix that should prevent it that I'll add later today.

Unfortunately, the upgrades were quite rushed. After you buy an upgrade and remove that part from the clock, it should get replaced by the upgraded one. When you rebuild the clock, the upgrade takes effect.

Not in this version.
