I enjoyed this, the Zood dialogues was quite insightful and fitted the theme well!
Do the things that you say to the Zoods have any effect?
I love the aesthetic of this game and the flying animation was really cool.
When I replayed and intentionally fell down one of the holes to see if there was anything down there, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was :)
We both had a similar idea for the interpretation of the theme: a protagonist that doesn't fit in to the society they find themselves in.
Great job, it's getting a good rating from me.
Hi kornjaca.
Here are how you get the 3 endings which I will just name by colour to minimise spoilers.
All endings are achieved when you get 100% acceptance and the one you get is dependant on whether you have killed anyone (not necessarily everyone) and the stats on the acceptance, benevolence and conformity meters (A, B and C).
Spoilers ahead:
Black: has killed and C isn't full
Blue: hasn't killed and C >= B or has killed and C is full.
White: hasn't killed and B > C.
Hint: increasing B or C increases your chance of being accepted by bots, but can make it harder to get endings, so don't just do all interact "F key" actions, decide whether to do them tactically.
To run please: download, unzip, run main.py
dependencies: python, pygame
The later version v3 contains patches to bugs in v2
An executable for windows has also been attached for convenience, please note the executable was uploaded after the deadline so feel free to rate my project based on the .py version instead (although they should run the same).
Thanks!
Hello, I submitted my game jam in the last few minutes and it said that it was submitted and public (it was submitted before midnight). But the submissions page did not work correctly and I cannot see my submission
Is it possible that it could be judged since this was a glitch with the submission page?
The game is published publicly on my itch io page, as you can see it is uploaded before midnight, but it is not in submissions.
