The app keeps crashing when I try to load a new story map. There hasn't been any update for the last year. Have you stop giving support to your software? Thanks

I need your help. I was preparing 2 campaigns and everything was fine until yesterday. Something happen to the files yesterday probably corrupted, and today the .exe keeps crashing and I can start the program. I have tried a new instalation and copy the files. Before I copy the files everything works, as soon as I copy the files the new installation stops working too. Can you help me out?  I have a ton of maps there...

Greetings. Thank you for your answer. I believe you should make more help videos, so we can understand better how things work. I understand now how it works but I don't understand the logic behind it. If my props are hidden it's because I don't want my players to see them immediately, but eventually I will need to make them visible. In my perspective it would be more practical to have everything on the dm screen. Changing to the props screen is one more thing a DM must remember to do and the end final is that you still have all the tokens and props on your screen, but your screen is black and white. The most important thing in your app is that it makes life easier for a DM and I don't think this feature improves it. Cheers. 

Hello Mastademic,

When you insert the props you have the option to show or not to your players. I'm assuming that DM should be able to see those props on the DM map. But that is not happening. I can only see the props who are hidden only when I'm in prop editor, which is not useful at all in the middle of the game. Could you please fix that, so DM can see the hidden props in the dm map.

Hi Mastademic. I hope you're well. 

I've been using dm Helpmate for several months now and I like it more and more! :) 

I'm having a problem. The tokens of my players are not showing in one of my props but they are showing on the other, in the players map. I've not been able to find a solution. It seems to me I need to send the prop to the back, or the tokens to the front. Which is correct in one prop but apparently I did it by accident... I'm using the new version.

Hello, I normally add a custom name on the token notes, that way when you click on them it shows the name and any other information you which to insert. I hope it helps :)

I've created some items and NPC in the tools menu. But  how do I place them in my maps?  I also would like to know if there's anyway to increase the size of the props. I inserted some props in *png but they were very very small.

Thanks for your help. I should have looked better to your youtube page... ;) 

I think it would be great if we could integrate  playlists from Spotify or others. Not importing the music per se, but being able to play a playlist through  their links. Just a thought.

First congratulations on this excellent app. I've just bought the pro version and I can't wait to do my sessions with it. 

I have 2 questions: First I understand how you had equipment, weapons, spell etc to the players. I only inserted the stats and that's it.  My second question is about the music. I was wondering if you're planning to allow playlists from Spotify to be played during the game. Instead of having to create new playlists.
