I'm trying to extract the compressed file but it keeps failing when it gets to MD1_003.png, around 22%, is anyone else dealing with that, and how can I fix it? on PC btw

I’ve figured out how to download it to Mega, but I can’t figure out how to get it to run, is it because I’m using an iPhone? Or am I just being an idiot?
