There should be a "change clothes" option when interacting with Linda.
Also, you might want to take a look at this guide for what to do next to progress Linda's story:

You need to complete her laundry day event. There will be an info text saying that you can have her change clothes.

According to Siren's latest public Patreon post, the 1.0 release will be paid only.
Trying to give answers to questions I see coming up every now and again.

There is no final release date yet. However, January/February is the goal.
This will be the final release update (v1.0) and it will be paid only.
It's going to include at least 2 new scenes and "some extra content" for Linda in a bonus outfit.
I'm stuck and can't progress the story

I'm stuck and can't progress Linda's story
The most common cause is Linda's outfit. She needs to be in her regular clothes (black & teal) for her story to progress. You might also want to take a look at this gameplay guide:

Is there a Mac release and/or will there ever be?
I can't speak for the developer, but there is no Mac release for the game's current version and looking at other games made by this creator, I doubt there will be one. I suppose Mac users need to run this game inside an emulator.
How do I transfer saves to a new version?
I believe Siren describes it quite well in this community/forum post:

I can't see my mouse cursor. What do I do?
You can restart the game by pressing F5. Do this until you can see your mouse cursor again.
Is there full screen mode?
You can press F4 to make the game fullscreen. Keep in mind that the artwork is in 720p and will be upscaled to your screen.
If there are any other questions that come up frequently, I'll add them here. You can also feel free to ask here.
Original post has been updated for version 0.20.1.
- Issues have been added.
- Continuity: Different voice for Emily in her v0.20 scene.
- Continuity: Multiple dialogues not adjusting to the current state of story progression.
- Interaction & Transition: Transitions during Emily & Linda’s v0.20 scene (livingroom daytime).
- Graphics & Display: Wrong or missing backgrounds for texts / options throughout the game. These have most likely existed since the start.
- Graphics & Display: Golden apple in player’s cupboard not changing colour during nighttime.
- Graphics & Display: Multiple graphical bugs during the progression of v0.20 story.
- Suggestions for future content: Chance or option for other characters to walk in on scenes.
So you had Linda walk in on you and Emily in the morning? (Linda needs to be in her regular clothes (black and teal) for the story to progress.) After that, talk to both Emily and Linda. In the morning, visit Linda in the living room. This should trigger the scene automatically.
After that, keep trying to talk to Emily throughout the day. The next day, during daytime, visit the living room and the final scene of the update should play.
You must have progressed far enough with both Linda and Emily. You need to have the sleepover scene with Emily, in which you are caught by Linda. After that, keep talking to both of them throughout the day. (By the way, Linda needs to be in her regular clothes (black and teal).)
Visit Linda in the living room in the morning, and the first scene should play automatically. Emily walks in on you both. Try finding and talking to Emily throughout the day.
The next day, during daytime go to the living room to trigger the final scene of this update.
As far as I understand it from Siren's public Patreon post, the next update will be the final. Which is a shame, because I agree quite a lot that there needs to be at least a scene with Julie & Emily and a scene with all 3 women. Also, Emily has a criminally low number of scenes overall (even including her various outfits for basically the same scenes).
According to the public release date post over on Patreon, the new release was planned for about the 25th of October. Since it didn't release yesterday, I suspect it will be delayed for another week. Keep an eye out for their Patreon page.
Do you mean the one on gamegill.com? Seems pretty cryptic to me. If not, can you maybe specify which guide you used?
It seems to me that the guide on gamegill.com covers about all the content up until version 0.13 of this game. There have been 6 updates since then. I couldn't find a more complete guide quickly. Generally speaking, keep talking to the characters during different times of the day and do scenes with them. For Linda's story to progress, you should change her into her standard (teal & black) clothes.
Since a Mac compatible release was removed in another game by Siren (itch post here), I feel like Mac compatibility has a pretty low priority. However, there is still the possibility of running the game in an emulator on Mac.
According to Siren's newest public Patreon post, next release (for paying Patreon members) is aimed for Friday, 25th of October. However, the release might geht delayed for another week (that would be 1st of November, then). Public release is typically a couple of days after that.

According to Siren's roadmap over on patreon, the final update will be paid only.
As already answered in this thread, Siren has released a rough roadmap on their patreon page. Judging by the releases this year so far, you can expect an update every 2 to 3 months.
