How can I get the characters without a mount?

Are these assets for RTS games or can I use them for Action RPG games? or what is the correct genre for these assets ?

Thanks for answering me, I would like to create a 2d game with a top - down view just like beastblade. I've seen unity but it didn't attract my attention so I think I'll use it just like your gms.
