After the Kickstart show in Nottingham I've discovered that the hammer icons are related to my system as I saw someone else running the game without the issue, and it happens even with a copy of their files.

Is there any particular icon library/tool needed for the icons?

Nice work!

I downloaded and installed this afternoon, but didn't get much time to play.

On a PiStorm32lite with Pi4 it's still slow but I'm going to play with settings.

Suggestions are relatively minor but will help someone:

- Reference need for StormMesa in the guide

- the icon for the folder is the standard 'hammer' default, make it obvious it's a folder

- the script icon to run the game needs script tooltype set and iconx not mutiview as the tool

Thanks for your amazing conversions!

Hi Arcziii, following a question on Amiga.org I tried playing as NOD and the game won't progress to playing level 2, the assets can't be found according to Snoopdos. It's not an issue to play GDI level 2 (only as far as I've got).

Spec is Pistorm32 with Pi4, OS 3.2.2 and running off a CF attached to on board IDE.

Thanks.

Yes, I do have 3.2. I've downloaded v 1.3 of VanillaTD and it loads much more quickly. I love the screenmodes selector too.

Thanks again for the great work.

Great work, I have the version with Covert Ops running on my A1200 with PiStorm32.

I had to use the Vampire executable which works...the novamp version repeatedly displays a yellow recoverable error. Could the executables names be mixed up?

Great instructions in the readme too. I pointed the path to my existing FroggerNG install, discovered the AHI setting for 2 channels as described and can now play the videos too.

Thank you! I'm so glad I discovered this.

I've found a workaround 😊 I have installed UAE4arm, a minimal .hdf file with AmigaOS and WHDload and I can launch the game via Workbench. (The same solution doesn't work under Amiberry.)

Hi, I can get the game to run without issue on my real A1200 but use an RPi3b+ with Retropie for portability and can't get the game to load on that. Here are the things I've tried (all after running the updates in RetroPie emulators and underlying OS), with a known working Amiberry emulator and Kickstarts, copying the T2 game archive to ROMS/Amiga/ on the pi and running from the Emulation station interface:

1: just try to run from the untouched .zip file,I get a red screen with text telling me the game is NTSC and I'm running in PAL

2:to remedy this, I add _NTSC_ to the zip file name as Amiberry will pick this up as a config argument. I get to a red screen stating "THIS GAME REQUIRES FAST RAM" (although 'AGA' in the filename means Amiberry should emulate an A1200 with fast RAM).

3: LHA the working pal WHDload game folder on my real A1200 and transfer to pi. Emulator runs, displays the Amiberry logo (which is unusual, it doesn't do that for other WHDLoad archives, then freezes on black screen, and I have to hard reset.

4: Run Amiberry and create a config manually as an A1200 with 4mb fast RAM, and the correct kickstart. Add the known working WHDload archive and run. Just get a black screen and have to hard reset.

5: Tried the version for the A500mini. Left it for a few minutes as per the instructions on this forum, but just a black screen. I can quit the emulator without a hard reset.

Thank you for your great work. I hope to get this working soon.
