unfortunately this was so long ago I don't think I still have the files to update this game specifically, but newer iterations of werewolf house (1, 2, 3) have plenty more of the jank and jokes the people go nuts for

Haha I like that as an explanation, that's a more fun version of: every Halloween it reboots with some new wacky werewolf variation based on what kind of thing I wanna make. Could be fun to explore that concept more next time...

I'm a writer by trade, but in celebration of the spooking season, I got the crazy idea to learn to code and create a comedy horror game for Halloween.

Using only the resources available to me online via Twine, Piskel, and countless coding blogs, I was able to create a game with what I think are some actually interesting mechanics and definitely a whole lot of bad jokes.
