there is some usage in both with reguards to crafting since feces can lead to frag mines and urine leads to stun bombs and so on

but theres specifically a gameplay consequence of having urine enabled in that it limits your potion usage since it will cause urinate events if you drink too much

Aa new update did drop this month just eccma didn't have enough to really make a devlog for it,

 as for getting abomination rebirths its easier to just not finish the halberd quest east of doom fortress and letting the spider abomination that infinitely respawns grab you over and over till status is full then you just wait at nearby beach

since you can just go survive at the beach or go stay at the doom fortress inn although its wise to bring abortion pills and use one of them and a blue potion at seedbed 10 to test if its abomination or not since a non abomination will die from that combo of drugs one after another

abomination is relatively straight forward to get fast you just need seedbed 10 and for the most part you don't have to go inactive while waiting since abomination babies have thousands of hp

the reason spawning them doesn't work is because its not tagged as lonas baby and is a different baby altogether

so when you use the primary hit you can combo it into either the block or the aoe instantly with no delay

You can combo the secondary attacks from the primary attack and you gain atk with every attack landed so you got to maximize how much you use these combo attacks.  Sorry took me a day to respond i was just thinking of the best way to say it.

also technically with that much atk the shattered katana would deal more damage per second than the saber ultimately due to the sheer attack speed gap

oh uhh the world difficulty is that number on the bottom right that goes up every day and you can still meat farm as non cannibal but it takes longer like 50% longer

meat farming in northpoint tower is profitable you can make enough for the boat ride in a few actual ingame days but it requires cannibalism to be effective. as well as rescuing hostages from there but you do need to keep the world difficulty under 25 to farm it effectively and also killing moot hostages for their meat instead of rescuing them is also more profitable since moot hostages give you zero reward
