De no ser así, me temo que no te aparecerán los archivos de la actualización para que los puedas descargar en esta misma página, tendrías que comprar el juego de nuevo pero esta vez teniendo una cuenta creada. Si lo mencionado anteriormente no es tu caso y compraste el juego teniendo una cuenta o una sesión iniciada, mira la parte de arriba de esta página, y creo que ahí aparecerá un botón de descarga para la actualización, en caso de que no aparezca, abre tu biblioteca y busca el juego para ver si hay una opción de descarga. Una vez descargado, reemplazas los archivos de la actualización con la versión anterior para que no se te borre el progreso, espero me haya dado a entender.
