General Warfare A Card Game

There are many ways to win and play this game, so I encourage you to play through multiple times!
The rules:
Each card has 3 main characteristics:
STRENGTH: this is the number of the card ranging from 0-14; When there is a tie, an all out WAR will occur.
RANK: there are 5 Ranks: SERGEANT, SERGEANT MAJOR, WARRANT OFFICER, CAPTAIN, COLONEL. If the player loses on STRENGTH, they will have a change for SHOUTOUT which brings the enemy's current WINS to 0.
ATTACK CLASSES are AIR, LAND, SEA, SPACE. When the player loses by STRENGTH they will have a chance for a STRIKE, which is like a double-or-nothing situation.
After the first victory, the aspiring Flag Officer has the chance to modify their deck, choosing BRUTE or TACTICAL. BRUTE allows the player to keep up with increasing STRENGTH while TACTICAL will place them in more missions (SHOOTOUT and STRIKE).
