Yes, if I had more available time during the jam, I would have added sound, success feedback, maybe a post-it note on the vault with the association (and change the association every X level), ..., more "shapes" etc.

Oh and I really enjoyed your game. It was very cool. Great job for your first jam!

It is one of the most important things I learned during this game jam: being clear with the player about what he/she is supposed to do!
I had the same feeling with few games I tried.
