So, after my first video of case one, here is my walkthrough of case two of your fantastic visual novel. As with the first one, I loved the visual style, voice acting, music and sound effects, as well as the brilliant storyline. It’s brilliant to see it how the characters are developing. The storyline is really captivating and I can’t wait to see more from you guys. I would like to see more decision making in the game, but I know that isn’t something you wanted to incorporate. Either way, your visual novels really should get more attention and feedback!

I’ve finally managed to complete the whole game and I’ve got to say, I loved every moment. It was tense throughout and I can’t wait to play the sequel. The only issue I found was with how dark some areas were… it was difficult to orientate yourself on occasions. Other than that, I’m so surprised that this is a free game. You’d expect to pay for something of this calibre, but I’m so pleased I stumbled across this great game! Absolutely fab!
I know I’m super late to the game on this one, but I’m so glad I’ve discovered this! What an amazing and tense game this is. I’m so surprised that this is free, as this type of game you’d expect to pay a premium for. The imagery and narrative is awesome! The audio is superb! I know I’m only just getting started with this, but I’m so keen to see what happens next!

Here is my walkthrough of version 1.1 of The Strange Mysteries of Godwin’s Manor! I’m pleased to report that I’ve finally managed to complete the game in one sitting without any issues! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed playing the game and I really loved the climatic finale. For me, pixel games are fantastic and create a nostalgic feeling. The game has brilliant audio and contains a superb narrative throughout. I really cannot wait to see what else you guys create next! Thank you so much for all your hints and tips to complete the game. It really is appreciated. All the luck for the future!

J is really didn’t think this game would freak me out, but it did! I wasn’t expecting the chills that this game cause. The plot itself is so simple but effective. The PSX style graphics were great, but the subtle audio really made this. I was always questioning whether I heard something or not! Fab! Would love to see more!
Really enjoyed this game and the narrative, graphics and sound. It’s the type of game I’d love to see developed further into a lengthier game, as it hold so much potential. The only issue I had was with the precision when clicking on items. It was a bit hit and miss, but I don’t know whether that was an issue with my devices performance or something else. Other than that, brilliant!
Awesome game! Thoroughly enjoyed playing this and I’m really looking forward to seeing the next two chapters. From the outset, I was captivated by the fabulous audio and beautiful imagery. The narrative is beautifully thought out, although I did find one issue in one sentence, but that’s only a minor thing. The storyline draws you in slowly so that you understand the main protagonists and the confusion he is suffering. The characters which are introduced are believable and you question their motives. At the end of the first chapter, it reaches its climax and you’re left on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next. Fab job!
I remember seeing the original video of this a while ago and I thought it was ace. I loved how creepy it was. And then I discovered that game and I couldn’t believe my luck. I love the retro style and the “blast from the past” audio. It was great to be able to play as one of the androids. It’s so funky and unique!
What a brilliant game. I love the PSX style and the audio. The storyline is creepy as heck and I wasn’t expecting the ending that I did. It’s soooo superbly done! I was a little clueless a d lost at the beginning of the game, but it didn’t take me too long g to navigate myself around the map. I can’t wait to see more games from you in the future.
I know I super late to the game on this one, but I’m so pleased I got around to playing this game. In one word… awesome! I love how atmospheric it was and how claustrophobic and tense it is. The simple and haunting audio is superb. Despite not dialogue throughout the game, the story is relatively transparent, but not too obvious. It does leave some questions unanswered, and I like that. Despite the short length, it was just right. Any longer and it would have been perhaps too much. Any less and it wouldn’t have packed the punch that it did. It was great and I commend you on such an amazing game! I’ve done a little walkthrough… I hope that’s okay. Yours is the first one.

Last video… promise! I’ve managed to get the alternative endings for the game, but wasn’t sure how to validate the ending to get the bonus content. 🤔 As per my previous comments, I loved this game! I wanted to plays some of your others on the Mac, but unfortunately it looks like they need updating to allow them to run.
Loved this game and I really cannot wait to see what the next chapters will have to offer. The graphical style is fab, the audio is amazing and really helps bring out the creep factor, and the storyline is brilliants. There were a few issues with the translation to English, but only a few times. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I absolutely loved this game. I’ve managed to get through the game on the first pass, but am going to have another go and get the other endings. I can’t wait to see what happens. The art style is beautiful and the care and attention that has gone into this really shows. It’s amazing! The audio… beautiful. The narrative… excellent. I’ve only started to scratch the surface of this game and am so keen to see what happens towards the end. I love the pixel artwork and the audio that accompanies it. The narrative is brilliant and grabs your attention… it’s clear that a lot of thought and attention went into this. The only issue I have is that there is no option to save. If this could be added, that would be great. I’m looking forward to seeing what else unfolds. I’ve included my first episode of the walkthrough.
This is an absolutely brilliant game. Wonderfully thought out and superbly implemented. The puzzles in it are difficult, but not too difficult (although I needed a pen and paper to work them out!). The characters are well fleshed out, believable and relatable. The plot and theme is awesome. I was captivated by what was happening and what was going to happen to the protagonists. The art style is beautiful and unique. I absolutely loved the attention to detail here! The monsters, main characters and side characters are top notch! The audio… again, absolutely great! The only issues was with how the music transitioned between scenes, but this is a minor thing. There were a few errors in terms of the grammar and contents in the narrative, but that didn’t take away from the main story. I thoroughly enjoyed this game and wholeheartedly recommend that others play it. I’ve included my first video walkthrough if the game and will be releasing another soon. I cannot wait to see what happens next! You have created an amazing game and you should be proud of the work you have done. The game is addictive and I cannot wait to see more! Well done! Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! I loved this game immensely! The imagery is beautiful, the audio is fab, the narrative and plot surrounding the game is brilliant. There is so much thought and attention given to this game and I wholeheartedly support you (the developers) to create a full length game for this. I would buy it without hesitation. The attention to detail shows throughout and I’m really looking forward to seeing what else is developed by you in the future.
I wish I could find the words to describe this game and give it the praise it deserves. When playing this game, I didn’t know what to expect and went into it blind to previous comments and reactions. I’d read the description of the game, but perhaps not digested it fully. I found my emotions changing throughout this game as the realisation of its content hit me. My reactions was enhanced through the amazing imagery, narrative and audio that accompanied the game. No words on my video or in the comments section could ever do the experience you have created justice. It was beautiful, heartwarming, heartbreaking and unexpected. Thank you for creating this game and putting so much thought, time and effort into it. Every second playing this game highlights your attention to detail and dedication. Simply brilliant. I’m running the software on an 2017 MacBook 1.2 dual core m3 with 8GB of RAM and Intel HD Graphics 615 1536 MB. It’s not powerful at all, but it’s all I’ve got for the moment.
What an amazing, visually and audibly fabulous game. So unique in its concept and design, I thoroughly enjoyed playing. I’m sure I was doing something wrong, as I didn’t manage to progress very far unfortunately. Please let me know if there is a way to end the game on a positive note. Thoroughly enjoyed this game! What an amazing concept recreating PT in Hypercard. The gameplay is awesome and, despite not having any audio, there were still some jump scares during it. It would be great to see more like this. I thought I’d include your game as part of my “scary games” compilation. Yours is number 2.
