I am waiting too.

I sent an email to the creators in February of this year and reported it to the itch.io admin, but no response.

I am also seeking a refund.

 However, I can only send Twitter DMs to people who follow me, so I can't contact you.

 I have contacted the email address listed on itch.io and have received no response.

 How do I send a message to you who does not show up on this forum?
