the building with the open sign randomly lets you go in after a while, which then lets you get a 'heart', and the 'heart' then lets you distract the police officer, letting you into the police station, and that's as far as I've gotten
also kinda creepy when it asked if you can tell if someone is watching you it just showed a picture of my face
