Are you missing the beach Layla scene? If so, you can access the scene through the gallery and replay it.
Layla's route is locked behind the story, what was the last quest you completed?

No. The game is free. You only buy tier 3 if you want to support the development or get access to the extra scenes.

Have you talked with ever girl? The order doesn't matter, but once you talk to everyone a new scene should trigger.

Sy, Layla, Noa and Amy are in the other two areas.

It was completely removed from the game.

After some reflection, I came to the conclusion that it was an inappropriate scene.

You actually need to continue with the story. I think you are good to go on the beach quest - you should get all the available h-scenes in the beach, including Layla's.

Once you are done with the beach quest and return home, you'll be able to continue with Layla's route (and h-scenes).

So sad :(
But at least you like the game, so replaying it wont be too bad

You need to manually place the save in your computer. 
This should be where the saves are stored in your computer: %APPDATA%/RenPy/

Today another player reported this issue. The problem was that the mac version is sometimes missing vital files to run the game.

Could you please check if you have this file in your folder?

Afterlife_Harem.app->Contents->Resources->autorun->game->scripys.rpa

One solution could be freeing space in you computer.

Another solution could be to try downloading the game from the mirror version.

And finally, feel free to contact me on discord so I can send you those files myself.

That scene makes her a love interest. However, you can’t spend time with her yet, so it’s fine if it’s not showing in the menu that she is a love interest. But the affection rank should be 2
