Just finished playing 1.9.1 PC, great game! Can someone tell me who the last missing person/costume is in the theater (red circle)?? Hope the $5 helps Siren

Yes please also tell us what the 11th crafted item is???? Is it not yet implemented or a bug or smth? I finished all of 1.9.1 and now am just missing this.
