I know this jam already finished, but I am just going to say that you need publicity and maybe some incentives. Incentives other jams use range from money, to just being made by someone popular, like a brand, or a streamer. If you don't want to give any incentive, an interesting topic, a pretty jam page, and a lot of publicity may help you. Try building hype and letting others know your jam exists and it's coming soon.
