You are pointing out what it is, I am pointing out what it could be, and neither your, mine, nor the OPs comment is related to belief.

They made a comment on what they would prefer, on the comment section of a game they like. You responded that for that there needs to be more activity about it on Patreon - which is true in it's current state, as the dev is currently focusing their project on Patreon.

I pointed out, that it's not the the users' fault for not using Patreon to voice their preferences and in a previous comment that the project would benefit (in all aspects - money, feedback, polishing etc) if it was not anchored to Patreon only. It's all simple statements on all sides.

Imagine responding to a comment, without reading the comment.

No one demanded anything. I asked the guy to not put the blame on people who do not wish to pay on patreon.

No, sorry, but you are wrong. Feedback is being given, you can clearly see that here. Don't blame the people who do not wish to pay on patreon just to be heard.

That, however, is a developer choice generated problem, by limiting support to Patreon. Releasing the game on different platforms (at least on platforms that do not require a constant upkeep with payments), would generate more income and in turn, more feedback.

Especially if you consider that there are countries where paying on Patreon is not a popular option, simply because Patreon is not a well-known platform - I would never pay there, personally, simply cause it's not well spread or known in my country, hence I will not trust it with my card.

While I understand issues, work-life balance and limitations, we do have to keep in mind that there are more likely to be solutions than not.

Well, to that logic, I say there are a lot of F/F games out there already. You just need to search more.

I don't see how your preference removes the possibility of making something optional, like F/F content.

This game is so well done and so much on the fun! I never understood why some of these games focus on H scenes, but punish the player for using them - this however understands what kind of game it is and there are upsides to engaging in these scenes!

There is really only one down side - and that is entirely my personal opinion and does not mean the game is bad - I just really don't like that the story can't be advanced without the female on female scenes. Like, a few are fine, but there's so many.

I know these games are made for a certain audience, but skipping through everything companion related took a bit away from my experience, cause I'm (not) sorry, I'm not lesbian and there's just too much of that in it. If it was optional to advancing the main story, no problem. I am hoping that later, maybe this will be looked at, but otherwise a fantastic game and I would really encourage the dev to put this on steam!

Thank you very much for your response.

I've never done or even looked at Patreon, but I will try it now. Thanks for the blog link too :)

Wish you all the best and even if I can't support via this Patreon, I will do it at least from itch.

And thanks again for this game, it's really something special.

Hey. I hope you are well and still planning on working on this, even if it gets heavily delayed!

The story and the writing are excellent - really leaves the player just wanting more, at least in my case. I would really like to support this project, but I'm worried to commit, if it won't be continued.

Can you please share some insight into what is happening?
