I knew making a jam game for VR would limit people's ability to play, but this was mostly just for my learning. You aren't missing out on much here, but definitely try VR if you get the chance; it's an experience worth having even if the "metaverse" is mostly just marketing hype.

Are you unable to play because it isn't functioning properly or because you don't have VR? If you don't have VR, you can still play with a WebXR emulator like https://github.com/MozillaReality/WebXR-emulator-extension, but that's really just meant for testing.
