Anyone know how to Trigger the Erika Scenes? I seem to have missed them (Got to the end of v2.0 without them triggering)

Bug report. 

Talking to the Lady after you get Noel locked me into infinite Menu, the Dialogue wont play out and hitting nothing reopens the interface.

Hey Minor thing I noticed while in the End game of V1, if you hug the back wall of the weapon shop you can get to the mine entrance (which is just a black square for now) if you are going to do something with the mine in the future might want to block it off, or dont for speed run strats.

I cant find the Forest, is there something I am over looking?

Bug Report: I just did the Countess CG scene when I did the block puzzle I pushed a crate into another non movable crate and now Im stuck. Menu also wont open.
