I fixed this by using the Codec Tweak Tool of K-Lite codec pack. Choose re-register DirectShow Filters from the fixes menu.

Hi. Whenever i open the game the intro movie opens in a separate window. Like this. If i set fullscreen to 1, game crashes after startup. I have windows 10.
