It is not! There haven’t been many updates this year due to some pretty heavy work at my day job, where I lead a game programming team. However, I’ve still been working in the background to get the next interaction working, and have gotten native Win/Mac versions of the game running, as well as one or two features that I think are going to be cool.

For the first pass I was trying to hit a middle ground that was sexy but tried to stay tasteful. From the notes people have given me it sounds like that’s exactly where I landed.

I didn’t use Ren’Py because it’s an engine for making visual novels, and I’m interested in going beyond what a visual novel typically does - both in Bad Fox and in future games. I’m building tools that’ll help me do really interesting things with the narrative and gameplay, and get future games developed more quickly.
