Just to follow up but I got in touch with a writer here. If you have Discord please let me know your username. I'll add you and maybe we could make a server where the 3 of us can discuss about how to proceed with this project. Also if you'd like I'm ok if you want to search for other team members to join us.

Sounds great, do you use Discord? I think it would be easier for the three of us to talk there.

My Discord is the same as my username

Hey sounds awesome, my discord is under the same name @asdu_dessin. Add me if you're still interested!

Hey, I'm definitely interested in joining then.

I have discord @asdu_dessin, will add you

Hey thanks for your reply. Also sorry I responded a bit late, was working on a game jam.

Yes, I'm totally open to that. I love working with mixed media. If we couldn't do mixed media, I'm also okay with digital art. How about making it a bit colorful with a dark palette still?

I have Discord as well. My username is asdu_dessin, feel free to add me. I think we should discuss more on Discord then :)

Hey, I'm looking to work on some 2D art and if you're still looking for a 2D artist I would be interested, but first I would like to know if you have any images of the style you want visually in order to know if I can deliver it.

You can check my portfolio at behance.net/asdupirabakaran and I also have an Instagram @asdu_dessin, I know there's not a lot of digital art pieces since I often do traditional but I think these skills will transfer over to digital art and I hope to improve my skills. I usually think my style is kinda anime-like, but not in a stereotypical way of being cutesy moe type of stuff with big eyes. Especially my most recent work on my Instagram is more on the realism side

Hey, I'm looking to be a 2D artist and am willing to use digital art.

I usually specialize in using CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

As for my portfolio you can check it at behance.net/asdupirabakaran and so far I have only 1 game jam experience but I want to further my skills more. I mostly draw traditional art but I want to get more into digital art. Also have a new Instagram for my art @asdu_dessin but there's not a lot posted since I was working full-time, but now I have more time to work on art so time is no problem I guess.

If anyone wants to work with me let me know.

Hey, I'm looking to be a 2D artist and am willing to use digital art.

I usually specialize in using CLIP STUDIO PAINT, but for this project maybe I could also use Microsoft Paint depending on the size and what you're expecting from the graphics.

Hey, I'm from Canada but I'm kinda interested in this premise since I like Japan (and I wanna visit Finland one day too haha). Are you looking for any 2D artists?

I'm normally more of a traditional artist but looking to get into digital art and want to work on my skills, I've only been in a game jam once in the past though.

So far I have some work in my portfolio (behance.net/asdupirabakaran) and you can see some of my previous traditional art and work I did in the 2-day game jam. Since we have quite a lot of time I think I could learn to work on making neater artwork that looks professional. I also have an Instagram I recently made @asdu_dessin (though it doesn't have much posted, it's all traditional and I was working a full-time job at the time).

I know it's not the best portfolio but I think my traditional skills can translate into digital art, and I have a lot of time to dedicate to this project. Funny part is I was actually working in Japan before but I don't really know a lot about Obon so I hope to be able to learn about it and express it culturally accurately through my art.

If you're concerned I wouldn't be able to deliver you could try getting another artist to work with me and that would hopefully lessen the burden for them.

If you're ok with working together let me know, but if not it's understandable.

Hey I also forgot to mention I would be more comfortable with 2D art but I am also open to a 3D game, just might need some guidance regarding whether there are expectations for how big my art should be and stuff like that since I'm not knowledgeable about the engineering side of things. If interested please comment your Discord and we can have a chat together about the project, I would also like to contribute my own ideas too

Hey, I'm fairly new to game jams but I had one experience working on a game jam with friends and acquaintances at university a few years ago as you can see here: https://itch.io/jam/lamejam-2021/rate/1296284

The game is unfinished and unfortunately, the scale of the project decided by the engineers in my group was way too big for the timeframe (2-3 days challenge) so the game couldn't be completed and may not be playable.

The cover art was created by me. There were also in-game items I made such as the clock, etc. that you can check out here: https://www.behance.net/gallery/138053323/SpaceTrades

I used CLIP STUDIO PAINT for my artwork.

I did a lot of traditional art since that is what I enjoy, my new art account on insta is @asdu_dessin if you wanna see some fanart I've drawn and I also have old drawings I did on my behance website as well. I'm not sure if I will keep the same style I do on my Behance or Instagram for this project, there is a chance I would try to make it more anime-like and I can draw many things from people to objects/backgrounds so I am open to being experimental.

I want to step my toes into digital art and am open to working with others who have skills I don't (I know nothing about programming), so let me know if anyone would like me to join their group :)
