This was such an interesting game. The concept was something I never really thought of before, but I found very interesting. It was my first time seeing a yandere who didn't feel completely in love with their victim (very interesting). It was like obsessive hatred, where their desire to dominate the other was not fueled by romantic attraction (mostly). It was like reading a Hero x Villain story where the romance was completely optional.
My favorite ending personally was the "Troll Ending". It really added depth to the already very deep characters. It gave me a new perspective on the narrative and makes me want to play the game again through that perspective. Also, the coding of the game was really cool. Definitely a 5-star experience.
This is amazing! I love it so much. I like how Yumeko has 3+ voice actors. It really adds to the drama of the statue ending, when the speaking voice switched. You also adopted the myth well, in my opinion. Like how Pygmalion in the myth formed the statue, chipping away at the stone until it looked how he wished it, The Doctor also took away whatever he found unattractive. Unfortunately, it isn't just marble or stone that he was chipping away. It was her code, her being, her true personality. I think that's why I feel the saddest for the statue ending.
I got the happy ending first, which was nice. The doctor was being really annoying, and seeing his downfall was cathartic. Speaking of, the doctor was really detestable. I just disliked him every time he spoke. His voice actor did a really good job, to make me detest him so much! And the writing for him was awesome too! I especially liked Yumeko's thoughts on everything the doctor said. It made me chuckle a bit.
I also love the visuals, especially for the statue ending. The last sprite of yumeko in the computer made me so sad, with the fingerprints on her neck. Getting that ending really pained me, and i think the visuals really helped with that.
All in all, 10/10
This is wonderful! I came here expecting a short, simple, fluffy game. Instead I got a punch in the gut. I like how flawed the MC is. Sometimes, their actions irritate me, cause from an outsider's perspective, such mistakes are obvious, but humans make mistakes. Also, Reed. Won't spoil, but some of the dialogue got me laughing like a hyena. Especially, the lullaby. I also love the little calculus google docs. Definitely playing this game once I have calculus as a subject.
This was wonderful! Sometimes the puzzles were hard, or I got a bad end unexpectdly, but it was worth the 2 hours of gameplay. Though I am not too big of a fan at conquering planets and enslaving species, Egen wormed his way into my heart. This was a wonderful experience. 10/10 would do it again. Now, Imma just find all the endings.
From the first scene (You know, the opening page), I was immediately sucked in. The artstyle was so pretty and so different. I was instantly enthralled. Also, our date is such an adorable gentleman, I would totes defend him from haters. Also, The Voice Actor is amazing! I love the way he read those lines! Usually, I'd have one or two lines that I wish was read differently, but my man was perfect! And the voice matches the character too!
Honestly, I downloaded this game not expecting much. But like? The chats?? The Videocalls?? It's like, so high-level. I love Asher so much! He's so precious!! I can't bear to do the bad end. Also, MC in the good end is so cute!! They honestly remind me of my best friend in high school. Very nostalgic.
I've never seen such an amazing demo! The car scene with Jean was so unexpectedly high quality! At first, I downloaded this with little expectations, cause it seemed to be just a regular romance VN which uses renpy or something, no special effects or anything. But holy smokers I was wrong. I am excited to see what the future holds for this especially rare, high quality romance sim.
Came for glasses-sama, stayed for the awesome dialogue! It's way funny and it captured my heart like notnig ele. Mostly because I see the characters as important people rather than handsome love interest. Like, I love the mimimimi plot and I kinda wish it was a real anime. Also, I usually really don't like flirty prince type of characters, but Prince is just so energetic and cute and puppy-like. there were lots of scenes were I got 2nd hand embarassment from glasses, cause he reminded me of my younger years. Also, Grouchy is very squishable. I like the ways the days/nights pass. And I'm ottes fine if this is the end of the game, since it feels very slice of life.
Okay, first of all, this is (probably) the first comment i've posted here.
Second of all...
THIS IS AMAZING!!!
I love the sound effects, from the thunder and rain to the swishing of the sea. Also, I was completely enraptured by the background designs. I Wasn't even able to focus on the dialogue much during my first playthrough. Another thing, i found it really useful that the save/load function was in only one page. I wonder how you've coded that. It took a while to get used to it too. Also, did I mention, I love the little leaves in the choices? 'Twas Awesome.
spoilers:
I suppose I should talk about the character's next? I love all of them equally (Graham is my favorite). His route felt the most natural, I suppose. The other two felt like the romance was a bit rushed compared to his, but that might jusr be bias, since he was my first route. I just love my little art man so much. I felt like the romance between him and Juniper started spicy but ended fluffy. I like how he apologized and admitted he was wrong. Also, he has a mole on his chin, i cant get over that.
Overall, I felt like his route had the most happy ending. Cause it felt like his was the only one whose life had a happier turn when miss Juniper arrived. He became free to be who he was. Meanwhile, it felt like I tied a wandering spirit down when I finished Dr. Ash's route. Don't get me wrong, I love Briar. His eccentricities captivated me, and his character design was what prompted me to downloading this in the first place. I love his choice of words, and he's quite funny. And quite open. I did not expect him to be that...physically affectionate.
Also, I had correctly guessed what was happening to the secret ending. Aspen will always have a place in my heart. Anyways, it's kinda funny how most of the romantic CGs happened in nature (and very close to each other too)
Anyways, I enjoyed this. Have a good day.
p.s. do you have a pdf of that cookbook recipe? It looks absolutely enticing.
