The game folder was empty. When I unpacked the zip file, it scattered everything throughout my computer's downloads folder. I had to create a folder and collect everything in to it. That was the universal version.
The WIN version only had the three xml files I mentioned before.
But it is working now anyways.
The game is decent. There's a couple of bugs. The biggest issue is starving. It seems to be completely unavoidable. Seems like no matter what I do, I starve to death on waking up the third day. Maybe tone it back a bit? Especially considering you don't even get paid enough to buy food every day. And the fishing rod is just a waste of stamina with three failed attempts in a row.
Am I missing something? 'cause it seems impossible to make progress past the 2nd or 3rd day.
Great game. Easy to play and works without issues!
Is there a "Run" feature? Exploring the maze is a bit on the slow side..
Combat is simple and easy to grasp. Animations are nice and smooth!
Just needs a gallery. Maybe add an option in the house bought from the guild? An option for animations and one for the "Defeated" artwork?
Meh.
Awesome animations, but everything gets way too fast and chaotic. It becomes too tedious to actually enjoy the game, and it doesn't give you any time to figure out what's going on. Show her face and it's instant game over. The negative comments are so random that, sometimes, they're not different than the normal comments. At the tips are highlighted, but if the comments start spamming, they get lost so fast that you end missing it and the negative comments start spamming even faster.
The only way to actually enjoy any part of this is through the gallery.
Like the game so far. Only complaint is that it is way too tedious. I literally can't do anything. Every time I attempt to do something, "You don't know how to do that." Really? Woodcutting is sooo complex that I can't figure out how pick up an axe and drop it blade first on a chunk wood? I need a special skill for having a basic, common sense understanding of how to cut wood? A bit asinine, don't you think?
Sensitivity is way too high and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it in the options. I barely touch the mouse and I turn into a tornado. Layout is too confusing and doesn't make any sense. I can't even find the kitchen, let alone my office. Everything seems to lead back to the stage and Bonnie clips through walls to get to me.
Either I'm just bad at it (<most likely scenario) or dodging doesn't actually do much. I've been fighting Linea?? (the fox girl deep in the cave) for an hour and every time I try dodging, she jumps straight to me and starts an attack string that backs me into a spike wall and kills me... Or fires off some bs laser that she redirects all over the area making it impossible to dodge. Haven't gone back to the other bosses yet, ...
