I just found secret 2 and it was in a very mean spot, very amusing. i explored all other out of bounds places before i found it; the 2nd half of the roof over the cages, the blocked staircase off the bridge, the lower balcony on the 2nd building with the friend, the roof of the 2nd building, the place where the developer message shows up in the corner, the platform down the bottom of the hole with the interactable, even found the way to get the 2nd sword without using a key.
very fun exploring, would be nice if secret 2 had a very subtle visual clue like a small glint to get an inkling of how you should look for stuff like that for later.
