I also had alot of trouble with her. The best advice i could give is get alot of the mushroom stews from catera. I forgot what exactly it was, the one thats 10 golden spores. Also try and beat remis sister first so you can get her weapon. And make sure you dodge alot. Then just kinda keep fighting her till you win.
