It took almost 8 months to finish my first game and finally publish it.
I started my journey in 2018, when I decided that I want to make games. I had absolutely no idea about how to do it, I had no formal training. So, I started learning about it online. I learned c++, then SDL and after that I learned SFML. I started making small games like pong.
If you have never made any game then you cannot imagine how difficult it is to make a good game. You face all kinds of problems, small problems which may take some hours to resolve and big problems which may take days. Some problems will never go, you have to work with them. And make it work somehow. Though I have done many things in this game but due limited resources I had to limit my imagination.
This game has taught me a great deal about video game development. But now it is important to me to know what you guys think about this game, so I can improve as a game developer and make better games in the future.
