Howdy! You'll need WinRAR or a similar extraction program like 7zip to unpack all the files onto your computer. You can typically download these programs for free online.
That's a strange one. The game files should already come with that file, so could you check your game directory folder to see if it's there? Hey again! I've been looking through the code and retesting, but I'm having trouble replicating the crash. The first thing I'd recommend is to make sure you don't have any missing files, so you might want to try downloading the game again.
If that doesn't help, I've included a Dropbox link to a save file that is past the character select, so you can continue past that point while I search for any clues as to what might be causing the crash. That's certainly odd. Is there any other information you can tell me about the crash? Does it crash in the exact same place/dialogue, for example? What version of the game are you using (Windows, Mac)?
Sure. The first postgame boss fight shares an elemental weakness for you to exploit. Make sure to look over all your options, including the updated shops, and don't forget that you have some 'last resort' survival skills for your main damage-dealers like Hinotori and Deathbound!
